	Security We will maintain and enhance virus protection and security within your Office IT Infrastructure.
	Network services We will implement network services such as file sharing, e-mail servers, common address books, etc.
	Software installation and problem solving This covers Office IT Infrastructure software, Operating System software, application and utility software.
	Backup strategies Keep your critical business data safe with secure reliable backups.
	Telephone support This is via an 0845 local rate number, or via mobile.
	Keep you informed We will keep you informed of technical developments, and suggest infrastructure updates, along with outline costing. Whether you choose to implement these at this time will be a choice between cost and potential productivity benefits.
	The above are all provided as part of our Office IT Infrastructure packages.

After the first year this service is offered as an on-going yearly support contract, giving the same essential benefits outlined above. Please note that some hardware and software requirements may be chargeable after the first year, typically when out of manufacturers warranty.

Enhanced Management Services

We also offer more comprehensive Management Services, which you may regard as essential with the continual changes in the technology world.

	Network upgrades We will update your network to take advantage of new technologies including: higher speeds, greater security, etc.
	Enhanced e-mail services We will provide further e-mail services, such as catchall e-mail handling, spam filtering, auto responders.
	Security We will keep your system secure though updates to Antivirus systems, Firewall systems, registration of computers on your network, etc. This may be necessary when new computers are added to your network, or when significant updates are released to security software. We will test infrastructure security by simulating attacks from the external Internet, and suggest remedial action.
	Network services We will implement network services such as file sharing, e-mail servers, common address books, etc.
	Software problem solving We will rectify non-infrastructure software problems on your computers.
	Software installation We will perform software installations and upgrades, including Operating System software, collaboration software, productivity software, etc.
	Backup strategies We will implement a data backup strategy for your infrastructure, according to your requirements. We can facilitate scheduled backups with the data stored either locally or offsite.
